我的笔记本的配置
ACER aspire 4710
内存 1.5G
core Duo T2450

安装的xP操作系统sp3
我安装了sogou_explorer_1.4beta2.exe版本的浏览器后，xp系统的启动明显变慢，变慢主要体现在，点击用户名，输入密码后，5秒钟后才会出现桌面背景图案，再等5秒钟左右才会出现桌面的图标。
而这一延时的问题，在卸载搜狗浏览器后，点击用户名，输入密码后，出现桌面的图标只需2秒钟左右。

其他一些相关说明：
我使用了搜狐通行证，自动登录。不知道这个有没有影响。

楼主检查一下，是不是安装了其他软件的问题呢，搜狗浏览器是没有自启动进程的，按道理是不会影响启动速度的~~

我已经打开msconfig，确认过了，开机启动项目中没有搜狗浏览器程序。但启动速度仍然很慢。

对应2#的说法，
我觉得是有可能的，但我卸载了搜狗浏览器后，系统启动速度就变正常了，而一安装搜狗浏览器就变慢。而且，我还尝试了，卸载杀毒软件nod32和360安全卫士后，系统的启动速度仍然很慢。
我也不可能把所有软件都卸载了尝试吧。

的确，我的情况一样，安装后系统开机也会变慢。本来开机才30秒，装了之后1分30秒。点击用户名，输入密码后，5秒钟后才会出现桌面背景图案，再等30秒钟左右才会出现桌面的图标。

同LZ一样，我笔记本thinkpad e40. XP ，不只是搜狗，任何一款非IE的浏览器都这样。
设置非IE浏览器默认就是2分钟，换回IE默认就只要40多秒。具体情况跟楼主相同

一点没错，安装了搜狗浏览器后，系统变得异常的满，还出现其它打不开之类的情况，我也准备把搜狗浏览器卸载了！！！
