 | Hmmm....I'm not sure I agree with some of the ideas, though I get the logic. The problem I see, is that any kind of muscular "endurance" training "crowds out" muscular strength training. Said another way, humans seem to default to "endurance" when trained for both power and endurance. In fact, *any* kind of training moves the fiber types toward more "endurance". Diet, yes. BB's are masters of achieving LBM. But wouldn't "variety" of partials and speed work be better than "constant tension" (which is ST work by the way) or angles that PLs don't work in? And for hypertrophy, I would say increased volume of low reps would be the way to go. Not necessarily higher reps. All IMHO of course., how to learn ukulele, 006773,
