I'm confused by all of the "no artifical sweetener"-talk (which was also my understanding of the first cycle), yet time and again I read about eating fat-free, sugar-free yogurt. The sugar-free yogurts (typically called "Light" at the store) are FULL of artificial sweeteners. That's what makes them sweet! I've never seen one sweetened only with fruit. I also keep seeing (on other sites, including the Facebook page for the diet) references to fat-free, sugar-free jello/pudding (being mixed with yogurt), etc.... I guess the book wasn't clear enough on the no artificial sweetener thing. Plus, that stuff is VERY BAD FOR YOU, which basically defeats the purpose of cleansing your body of toxins the first cycle.,
