DkyQNI Hey Coach Dan,<br />I stumbled on your site as I was looking around for info on p90x and after reading the posts here and the information from the beach body website, I am curious if there is a modified first month/first cycle diet for trying to bulk up and gain muscle rather than for losing weight. I am currently 6'1 and weigh 135 with about 1.5% body fat (measured at my last doctors appointment about 3 months ago). That being said, I am much more interested in getting ripped than slimming down and building lean muscle. Any info would be greatly appreciated!,
